Hay is warranted to be free from mold and damage. For refunds and exchanges, hay must be brought back to the ranch in its original condition within 30 days. Only hay that has been proven to be stored in a barn or shed is warrantied. And only the moldy or damaged portion of the bale will be refunded. Hay that is stored outside in a lean-to, under tarps, or uncovered will not be warrantied. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
